Caesar Salad
What You'll Need:
3 Cloves of Smashed Garlic
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Spring Water
2 Tablespoons of Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1 - 1.5 Oz of Drained Anchovies
Juice of One Lemon
1 Handful of Fresh Parsley Leaves
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Aminos
2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
Sea Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
2 Teaspoons of Non-GMO Nutritional Yeast
Romaine Lettuce to Serve
Blend the dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender and enjoy over chopped romaine lettuce!
