A NOTE ON SELF-HEALING

Updated: Mar 28, 2023

I'm not a nutritionist, nor am I a licensed therapist. I founded The Self Healers Guide based on self-healing, and my belief that everyone should have access to information, tools, and resources, especially ones that have either no cost or a minimal cost, that will help them feel better and support them on their own healing journey. This is because I know what can be discovered in books, YouTube videos, or on Instagram. I also know how powerful self-regulation tools like mindset shifts, meditation, movement, and grounding can be for everyday well-being.

Self-healing has become my passion over the last six years, and I have watched it grow into a bigger and bigger theme in our society. People want to HEAL. They want to feel better and they want to live better.

Lately, I've found myself in conversations with either people at work or at the dentist, about the importance of emotional healing, and while wanting to share everything I know in a short bit of time, I keep reminding myself of the power of planting a small seed – that if I can even make one suggestion – whether it's a supplement, a book, or a video that allows that person to seek more knowledge and continue on their own path – it's enough.

I have had many mentors of my own, and simple phrases or things they've shared have still stuck with me. I don't believe in coincidences, but I do believe in synchronicities. I believe people show up in our life for a reason, even if it's for a short amount of time. So, when I feel frustrated or down, I remind myself I am exactly where I am meant to be - helping the people around me that either need support or reminded of their own light and vice versa.
