Raising your vibration is about empowering yourself, changing your energy, and your point of attraction. It is part of a spiritual journey within that requires time alone, self-reflection, and taking responsibility for the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns you choose to create your life. But there are also some easier ways to heal your vibration that can help shift your frequency in the moment, which can be harder to do these days when pandemic fatigue sets in. So I put together some tips below to help you raise your vibe:

#1. PRACTICE GRATITUDE Dr. Joe Dispenza calls gratitude "the ultimate state of receivership". Gratitude is one of the easiest ways to raise your vibration because it works in two ways. First, it places your focus on the positive aspects of your life. Since where you place your attention is where you place your energy, whatever positive things you are focusing on are going to multiply and you will attract more circumstances that feel good to you. Second, gratitude helps reduce the volume of the things that are bothering you. It helps get you off that subject and puts things into perspective. Gratitude changes everything. One of the books that helped me understand the power and importance of a daily gratitude practice is Thank and Grow Rich by Pam Grout. It's an easy read that also provides more information on how energy and frequency works. I recommend a lot of books, but especially this one!
#2. MEDITATE Meditation quiets your mind, it grounds you, and allows any negative emotions to subside for just long enough that it really raises your vibration. If you want to check out some of my favorite guided meditations, I have a 'meditations' playlist saved on my youtube channel.
#3. TAKE A NAP If a short meditation doesn't work, take a nap to completely shut off your mind and get some rest, because emotions are always more heightened when you are tired or stressed. You will wake up on an entirely new frequency.
#4. CLEAN YOUR SPACE Clean your room. Clean your office. Clean your Kitchen. Whatever space you are in make sure it feels fresh and clear of clutter. This goes for your car too. Have you ever noticed how much better you feel after you get your car washed? Your environment is a reflection of your own energy, so make sure it feels good to you and it feels good to be in it.
#5. PICK AN AFFIRMATION What you say about yourself is so important – have you read my post on 'Self Love' ? "I am" are two very powerful words of creation, so be careful with the words you choose, and say nice things about yourself. Affirmations can help re-program limiting beliefs, so pick a mantra for yourself and repeat it throughout the day. #6. GO FOR A WALK OR WORKOUT Get outside for some fresh air, sit in the sun, and keep the energy flowing through your body. It will also shift your energy. 20 minutes is all you need to lift your mood. A workout is great too – so whatever form of exercise you enjoy, go do that because you know how empowered you feel after a good workout.
#7. BUY SOME PRETTY FLOWERS or something else that isn't expensive that you love. Get yourself something that makes you feel good or something you can look at and appreciate. I personally love flowers because of the color and beauty they add to a room– plus flowers carry their own vibration. Roses in particular carry a very high vibration.
#8. TAKE A SHOWER Showering is part of routine hygiene, but water is also very healing and helps cleanse your energy. If you had a hard day, take a shower before you go to bed with the intention that you are cleansing away the day. Himalayan pink salt can also be a nice thing to incorporate, like this pink salt scrub, to help clear your energy field. Cleaning your energy is an important part of spiritual maintenance and keeping your vibration high.
#9. FOCUS ON HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL How you feel is EVERYTHING. Forget how bad you feel in the moment about any subject and imagine how you WANT to feel. Spend fifteen minutes experiencing more elevated vibrations of love, joy, and gratitude. Dr. Joe Dispenza says, "embracing emotions is powerful because emotions are the end product of an experience in our environment that turns gene expression on or off." So, when you embrace the emotions that you WANT to feel, you are signaling your genes ahead of the experience. Basically, your body doesn't know the difference between your present or your future state – so spend more time embracing how you would like to feel and let the universe fill in the details.
#10. HAVE FUN That's it, just have fun – do things that make you feel good and laugh because then you are lining up with that vibration and calling more of that into your life.
